We check the health of our team regularly. Team members won't come to work if they aren't well. Team members wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after jobs. Gloves are worn for every service. Disinfectant supplies are available and used regularly. We practice social distancing guidelines by keeping our distance at a minimum of six feet. Estimates, junk removal and payments can all be completed with no contact. Your health and safety is our priority. If we can't complete your junk removal safely, we'll happily reschedule for another time.

Our staff will be practicing social distancing during pickups remaining 6ft away at all times and we will avoid shaking hands in this awkward time although we greatly appreciate your business and support. If preferred we can remove junk without customers being present and accept payment via phone if the junk is left outdoors.

We prefer customers use credit cards to make payment if at all possible in place of cash for the time being (we will still accept cash if needed). We can also take payment via phone to provide a no touch junk removal experience just let the crew know you would prefer to pay by phone and they will give you the phone number to call.

All of our staff will be wearing gloves and surgical face masks during junk removals until this situation passes.

Our team will call ahead to confirm your appointment and reassure that you're healthy and we're healthy.

We'll get to work with your no contact estimate, done over the phone, or at a safe physical distance

To further minimize contact, you can also move your junk outside for us, if you wish.

If your junk is inside, we must be able to maintain 6 feet of distance at all times

We’ll remove the items, load up the truck, and sweep up the area when we’re done.

When the job is finished, payment can be processed without any contact.
